Preorders

Manufacturing starts after the preorder period ends. These orders will be sent once we have received the items, which can fluctuate between 2-4 months after the start of the preorder campaign. Please kindly understand there is a possibility you will have to wait a bit longer due to delays when you purchase preorder items.

If you order in-stock items with preorder items, the in-stock items will be shipped with your preorder items when they arrive. If you would like to receive your in-stock items sooner, please check out separately from your preorder items.

Shipping Information

Your order will be sent from the US. A tracking number will be sent by email when your order is shipped. Our current processing time is 1-2 weeks but it can be up to a month if it's a busy month for us.

Domestic orders may take around 1 week to arrive while international orders may take 3-7 weeks to arrive depending on which country you reside in. Please do let us know if you need expedited shipping.

Taxes and Customs

International customers are responsible for any taxes/customs fees on the order depending on each country's policies/regulations. 

For EU/UK orders, please take note that you must pay VAT (Value-Added Tax) for your package once it arrives at customs, as well as any additional fees that customs may charge you to ensure delivery.

Refund and Return Items

All sales are final. There will be no refund or exchanges once you have finished your order through check-out. Please make good purchasing decisions.

Incorrect Address

Please contact us ASAP with your order number so we can change your address before your order is sent. If it's already being sent, we can send another package for you again with an additional charge for shipping cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, along with the picture of the said items. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.
